DAY 1

ZAGREB ARRIVAL

Welcome to the beautiful city of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia and more than a 1000-year-old City, with its historic charm. Zagreb is a global and cosmopolitan city with a rich history dating from Roman times to the present days. For centuries it has been a focal point of culture and science and now of commerce and industry as well. It is located in the northwest of the country, on the southern slopes of Medvednica Mountain along the Sava River, and also on the intersection of important routes between the Adriatic coast and Central Europe. DAY 2

ZAGREB TOUR

Your day will start with a magnificent cup of coffee in the oldest coffee shop in Zagreb situated on the main square overlooking the statue of Ban Jelacic. Croatians are very sensitive about the coffee and coffee drinking in local coffee shops and it is part of the culture. After morning relaxation you will continue your tour with your local guide and start exploring Zagreb. Walking is one of the best ways to explore all of Zagreb’s picturesque historical sites, hidden alleys & lanes, and especially the main square in the city. We will end our tour tasting a traditional dish - Štrukli. Štrukli is a popular traditional Croatian dish served in households across Hrvatsko Zagorje and Zagreb regions in the north of the country, composed of dough and various types of filling which can be either cooked or baked. DAY 3

ZAGREB – ZADAR

After breakfast departure to Zadar. On your way to Zadar, you will stop at one of the top tourist attractions and an absolute must-see destination in Croatia, Plitvice Lakes National Park. It's Mother Nature at her best. Meeting with the local guide and National Park Plitvice Lakes sightseeing. The beauty of the National Park lies in its sixteen lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars, and rare bird species. Take a walk through this heaven on earth. Enjoy the scenery of beautiful waterfalls and untouched nature. And don’t forget to make a wish under the largest waterfall as it is supposedly making your wishes come true. After the sightseeing tour, we will make our way to Zadar. Overnight in Zadar.

DAY 4

ZADAR TOUR

Tour starts at cafe Lovre on the central square of the city. A licensed guide will be at your disposal during the tour, before shopping on the market you will have a cappuccino and discuss your lunch menu with him or her. You will buy the ingredients for the lunch together, there are so many options here in Zadar: fresh fish and other seafood, varieties of fruits and vegetables, hard and soft cheeses, honey from the Velebit Mountain, fresh eggs, Dalmatian smoked ham… On the market, you will get the chance to meet the local producers and taste their products – dried figs, nuts, fruits, cheese…. After shopping follows your cooking class! The chef will be at your disposal all the time to give you some hints, show you some special techniques and share the small secrets of Dalmatian cuisine with you. Enjoy your time preparing the meal and Bon Appetite! Zadar is also home to The Sea Organ an architectural sound art object which plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps.  Overnight in Zadar.

ZADAR – SPLIT

After breakfast departure to Šibenik, a gem in the Croatian Adriatic, situated along with the mouth of Krka on the most picturesque part of the eastern Adriatic coast. The rich cultural and historical heritage of the city is visible in the impressive Cathedral of sv. Jakov [St. Jacob], built by the famous architect Juraj Dalmatinac and is under UNESCO protection. Numerous churches, monasteries, palaces, and four fortresses 'frame' the city, and also testify to the perseverance, renunciation, and faith of generations of people of Šibenik. Explore the city with the local guide. After Šibenik sightseeing free time in Šibenik. In the early evening, you will have a  reservation in one of Croatia's Michelin Star restaurants Pelegrini”.

DAY 6

TROGIR AND SPLIT

After breakfast departure to Trogir, a very colorful city with a historic past and city under UNESCO protection. Trogir is a “city-museum” in every sense of the word. More than 2300 years in existence, the city provides lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture, and cozy alleyway streets, and unforgettable setting. The old core of Trogir is an island surrounded by city walls which have been influenced by the Romans, Greeks, and Venetians. Explore Trogir with our local guide. After Trogir, sightseeing continues to Split. Travel back in time on our walking tour of Split, and discover the largest city of the Dalmatia region with a local guide. During our Split tour, we will walk around the walls and throughout the narrow streets of Diocletian's Palace and the old town of Split. Overnight in Split.

DAY 7

DAY TRIP TO HVAR

After breakfast embark on a private yacht and start your adventurous ride to Hvar, the sunniest island in Croatia. Hvar is a visual feast for lovers of architecture and it looks like "an open-air gallery" for every style which is waiting to be discovered. Our half-day wine tour will take you on a journey through centuries of vineyards of Hvar, with your expert local guide bringing the wines to life and unraveling the Hvar wine story. We will start our journey in Hvar and start with a drive through the island inland. We will pass through old villages Brusje and Velo Grablje and through many Lavender Fields. The best part begins in Jelsa, where one specially chosen winery is waiting for you. Try basil or sage flavored olive oil and decide to move to Hvar permanently. After wine tasting, we'll head to an old, abandoned village Malo Grablje for a fabulous traditional 3-course lunch paired with Mr. Berti’s wine. After lunch, we will make our way back to Split. Overnight in Split.

DAY 8

SPLIT – DUBROVNIK

After breakfast departure to Dubrovnik. Welcome to the Pearl of Adriatic! Dubrovnik lies in the extreme south of Croatia, basking in glorious Mediterranean sunshine for much of the year. A fairytale fortress of beautiful Baroque, Gothic, and Renaissance churches, aristocratic palaces, red-roofed townhouses, magnificent monasteries and fascinating history, it is almost impossible to feel anything but uplifted and inspired here. In the evening explore the wonders of Dubrovnik’s Old City Centre, a UNESCO heritage site and one of the most important living historical monuments in this part of Europe. Your expert guide will take you around this magical medieval town full of legends and give you a glimpse of the incredible history that makes Dubrovnik such a unique city. Explore Dubrovnik City Walls and enjoy a unique view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik including its narrow streets and small squares. After the tour enjoy a most delicious dinner in “Nautika” restaurant overlooking the bay at  Fort Lovrijenac. DAY 9

DUBROVNIK

In the morning proceed to Dubrovnik Sea kayaking. Accompanied by an English speaking instructor (tour guide), you will set off to explore caves and beauties around mysterious Lokrum island, also called 'The island of love'. After paddling around the island you will paddle across the bay until you reach a hidden cave beach called Betina, where you will have a break for snorkeling and swimming. The only way to reach this peaceful beach is from the seaside so you will enjoy a unique view of the City walls. After a short break on the beach, you will paddle along the coast toward the City walls. Beaches, palm trees, boats, villas, and hotels... form part of this tour. In the afternoon embark on a private boat and discover the impressive Elaphiti Islands archipelago. This Dubrovnik islands tour will provide you with a real experience of island life, Dalmatian style, of course. You can go for a swim in a crystal clear sea, wander around in the shade of Mediterranean vegetation, explore interesting small villages or simply take a journey through the local cuisine, it’s up to you!
